Get a strong start to the school year and learn how to implement simple yoga brain breaks in your classroom to increase engagement, improve behavior, and strengthen student-teacher relationships. 

No proevious yoga experience necessary. 

This workshop equips you with a broad variety of basic principles and tools to implement short yoga breaks with children. You will learn and practice yoga tools to effectively promote health, learning, and achievement. This workshop will provide you with a deeper understanding of how to identify challenging times during your child’s day, and successfully utilize yoga tools to shift them into a more positive state of mind.

Focus: Ages 3 to 12 / Grades Pre-K to 5th

Credits: 3 SCECH Hours and 3 CEUs available upon request for an additional fee paid at the time of the workshop. For more information on course credit, please email

Materials: To keep the world green for our children, we deliver our course materials digitally. You will receive a digital copy of our Tools for Teachers Children’s Manual upon registration for this workshop.
